Suspect in corpse burning suspected of soliciting to escape from jail –

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , , , on December 14, 2013 by chasinthenews

This guy truly is a idiot.

I have followed this case closely as have many in our area.   But I have gotten to see some things first hand , having Aprina’s family as neighbors.

I have empathy for their loss.  But I am embarrassed by how they have conducted themselves.   Having a fund-raiser scheduled before her body was even found?  It only took them less than a week to find her,  so what does that say about this so-called fund-raiser.

They have made this case about race.  I followed their facebook page for a couple of days and it quickly became a very racist page.  They lied to the media when interviewed, and then got caught in their own lies when the police reports came out.

They actually thought the national news was going to cover this and tried to get them to.  Why would the national news cover this?   She sadly was found , not alive, but found.    Some one is in custody.

They claimed the police had not given them answers.  well the police can not give answers they do not have.

Quite honestly they thought it should be covered by national media because she was black.  Like they were entitled.  I will point out, and they need to realize Nancy Grace and CNN cover crime against black people all the time, and usually right away.  They did not in Aprina Pauls case I believe because , she was found, there is a suspect,  and because of her back ground.

It is just a fact the hookers/prostitutes DIE every day in America.   YOU do not see the national news cover them.   Is this a flaw in the way we think as a society, or is it just hard to have a lot of sympathy for people who are adults and put them selves in this position?

Her family keeps saying ” She did not deserve what she got.”    Well NO of course not,  NO one deserves to die for their mistakes.   She made many.  But what exactly did she get?    WE may never know.    I personally think she O. D..   she was a drug user.  It’s not out of the question.

Middleton clearly did not want to go back to prison, he had been there before.  SO WHY would he take such a risk and kill her?

He should not have burned the body, but lets keep in mind for what we know now,   SHE WAS Already GONE.    She was in a much better place.   For her family yes it is horrible the thought.

HER family talks of God a lot,   but its funny how people use God when its convenient.  The rest of the time they live in away that God would not be impressed with.

It’s just the hard , cold facts.

Middleton will spend years,  and now more years for attempted escape in prison.   IF the test results from Aprina come back that she died in some murderous way he will be in prison for life.

The saddest part of this story is her family and friends knew what she was doing, selling drugs, using drugs, selling her self and did nothing.  These things have gone on for years .   They lied to the media,  and only told the police because they had to tell them, what she was doing.

This family has so tried to play the race card, to make it about race.  They are just embarrassing  them selves.   They should be a shamed.

Their behavior makes it hard to have sympathy/empathy for them.

December 11 packet -2-.pdf – So the Evansville School District is now worried about bullying?? Really?

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on December 14, 2013 by chasinthenews

The Evansville School District is the biggest joke when  it comes to dealing with bullying. They attempt to talk a big game, but they are worthless when it comes to making any real changes.

LETS start with the administration from  Kindergarten through High School.  In particular at T.R.I.S.,  J.C. Mckenna,  and the Evansville High School

Robert Flaherty,  Scott Everson, and Brian Cashore are bullies themselves.   THEY bully kids INTO not reporting bullying.  GOING as far as threatening them with police action.   LET us not forget , Meaghan Hannibal she is the most worthless Psychologist .  Some one told me years ago that school psychologists are people who can not get a job anywhere else.  This is clearly the case when it comes to her.  I was told this by a psychologist who held a real job.

It always laughable when they present reports about bullying to the board because it never changes.   IF they were taking it seriously the bullying issue would get better, not worse. Bullying has been a huge problem for years in Evansville.  It just keeps getting worse.

Read the comments about bullying in the packet.

Parents say son kicked off bus because of race, seek $500,000 from Janesville –

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , , , on December 14, 2013 by chasinthenews
OH MY GOSH.. Why was this lady bus driver allowed to retire?  WHY was she not fired?  Why was she not arrested for stupidity?  What a horrible, ignorant thing to say.   I think the parents and this young man should be asking for more, but you start adding a school into a law suit  and its capped.  It should not be.

JANESVILLE–A Janesville family is demanding $500,000 from the city after a Nov. 7 incident on a Janesville bus that the family’s attorney claims was racist.

The city in a news release Friday afternoon denies the “characterization placed by the student’s parents upon the actions, statements and motivations of the Janesville bus driver involved.”

The bus driver no longer works for the city, City Manager Mark Freitag said.

The city also released a video of the incident, which can be viewed at gazettextra.com/video/bus_lawsuit.

Taji Muhammad and Shytivia Turner-Muhammad hired Amy Scarr to represent them and their 15-year-old son.

Scarr, reached Friday afternoon, was surprised the city had issued a statement.

Scarr said she has not filed a claim but sent a letter detailing the Muhammads’ position as requested by the city’s attorney, Gregg Gunta. She said she has been waiting for the city’s response.

She said $500,000 was a “starting point” in what she thought would be private settlement discussions.

“We would want some compensation for this boy, who was victimized by the bus driver,” Scarr said.

Gunta declined to comment.

Freitag also would not elaborate beyond the news release.

According to the release:

“Much has occurred quickly and in a very short period of time. We have taken swift, justified, appropriate and responsible responses to the incident.”

“The City of Janesville, its Common Council, Administration, and I personally have not, do not, and shall not directly or indirectly condone, permit, or tolerate any type of actions or statements, whether real or perceived, by Janesville employees that directly or indirectly constitute disrespect, rudeness, demeaning or questionable behavior, or hurtful conduct to any customer or member of the public.

“Racism simply will not be tolerated—not by the Janesville Transit System, not by the City of Janesville, and not by me.”

The bus driver, Mary Lesko, has retired effective Jan. 1 and is using accrued paid time off until her retirement date, Freitag said.

The family’s attorney said the video proves the event was racist.

The video, recorded by a camera mounted at the front of the bus, shows the bus stopping to pick up a rider. The driver can be heard calling to the passengers behind her: “Hon, you’re not disabled. Why don’t you move and let that lady sit down.”

One rider, a white woman, immediately gets up and moves to the back of the bus.

Scarr’s client, a black teen wearing a shirt with No. 31 on it, does not. When the teen indicates he does not need to move because someone else already has, the driver says: “I know, but you can move to the back, too, because you don’t belong down here.”

The teen turns, and the driver yells, “Hey, off my bus, now.”

Shortly after, the bus driver radios headquarters and says she ejected a young man because he was “cussing” on the bus after she asked him to move from the elderly and disabled area.

The boy’s voice is not audible on the video made available to The Gazette. His attorney acknowledges her client mumbles under his breath, saying something that Scarr said she can only hear as starting with an “F.”

Scarr said the incident is racist because white people in the video continue to sit in the priority seating and because her client is forced to move even though the seats are not filled. She said she does not know whether the people in the priority seating are disabled or elderly, although they don’t appear to be.

Freitag said that one white person sitting immediately behind the bus driver was not visible to the bus driver.

Scarr said she believes it is city policy that anyone can sit in priority seating unless the seats are full and an elderly or disabled person gets on the bus.

That policy could not be verified late Friday afternoon when all calls were referred to the city’s manager office. Freitag, who has been city manager for two weeks, said Friday evening he does not know the policy.

Scarr said the bus driver’s actions are racist, “especially when you say to a black person, ‘You don’t belong down here, go to the back of the bus.’ It’s a very, very sensitive issue, especially, from what we understand … there was no reason to move. He wasn’t violating any policy by sitting where he was sitting.”

She said the young man also claims the driver treated him in a discriminatory manner on a prior occasion.

Scarr said she is still waiting for a response from the city’s attorney.

The Gazette was not able to reach Lesko for comment.

This Could Be One of the Best Cases Ever Made Against Common Core – No One Expected It to Come From a High School Student | Video | TheBlaze.com

Teacher’s are never going to like being held accountable it’s just that simple. They went decades without being expected to prove they are teaching the kids, decades collecting a salary and benefits, decades with many, many perks.   Everyone  in any occupation has to prove they are doing their job, why should teachers be any different?  The party is over.   Evansville as many other schools across the state and country have a lot of work to do , it comes from years of just getting by , and never being held accountable.  Yes its a big goal to climb but if they had done what they should have done all along, which is showing progress, this would not be a big goal at all.  Just an ant hill.

It does not matter if it was a group of teacher’s who created common core, those who were not part of creating it would find a problem with it. They just do not want to be held accountable.
